Standard Delivery
At PolyJumps® we strive to provide you with the smoothest delivery service possible, from the moment that you place your order, to your jumps arriving at your door, yard, or arena.
All of our deliveries are handled by our courier partners; DX – for all orders over 10.0 kg, TNT – for some UK Mainland orders below 10.0 kg.
Please Note:
Due to the ongoing, well-publicised issues within the logistics network and the acute shortage of HGV drivers, we are unfortunately experiencing delays of deliveries. Our couriers DX are now unable to guarantee next working day delivery on our outgoing orders and could be delivered over several days. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Additional Delivery Details
If you would like to be contacted prior to the delivery of your order then please add a contactable phone number to the ‘Order Notes’ section of the cart page, or alternatively contact us with your order number and contact details. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will be contacted by phone as this service is provided directly by our courier, nevertheless you can still track your order via their website.
We always recommend that someone is at your specified delivery address to take receipt of your PolyJumps order, however, if you have a safe place for our courier to leave your delivery then please state this in the ‘Order Notes’ section on the cart page so that we can relay them to our courier, or alternatively contact us, as above. It should be noted that any directions to leave the jumps cannot be through any private property.

International Shipping | 7+ Days
To ensure that we get the most appropriate shipping for your order we do not utilise shipping calculators for international orders. Please contact us if you’re interested in this service and we will instead calculate the shipping cost for you and generate a custom invoice.

** Shipping dates are estimates and are subject to change. Due to the large shapes and sizes of our products, larger deliveries may be split into two or more smaller deliveries by our courier; These are usually one working day apart, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are not responsible for the loss of deliveries, however we will do our best to aid the recovery of any items that are missing from your order.
